APARTMENTS "VILLA ANTONIA"
are
located in Lepetane, near town of Tivat in the
magnificient bay of Boka Kotorska. Lepetane is close
to Tivat but far enough from the center of the town.
Exactly that perfect distance is the guarrantee for
perfect peace and possibility for relaxation from
the usual crowds which can be found in the town
during the high season. All around our villa is
very peaceful
and offers pleasurable ambiance.
APARTMENTS "VILLA
ANTONIA" are located in the Bay of
Boka Kotorska in a small traditional fishermen
settlement Lepetane which hosts the ferry Lepetane
Kamenari. This UNESCO protected bay is the most
cultured area in Montenegro where Eastern and
Western influences met, crossed and remained
together throughout the history.
Boka's history - one of the oldest Cathedrals - St
Triphon in Kotor, Roman mosaics in Risan, Baroque
town of Perast, two islands in the middle of the
Bay, medieval towns of Kotor and Herceg Novi, town
of Tivat whose chance is about to come to be put on
the World map (Porto Montenegro project) will keep

comfortable and nicely furnished. All apartments
enjoy splendid view of the village and the bay.

Sojourn tax
is not included in above prices. Customers are required to pay
0,70
for the tax per person per night.
Customers from the age of 12 to 18 have a 50% discount, while
children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying. The guest is
required to pay the amount of sojourn tax upon arrival.
These rates are valid for the guests staying a minimum of 3
nights. If guests stay less than 3 nights these rates are increased
for an additional 30%.
