triple bedrooms), and 3 triple and 1 double bedrooms have a view
of the hills.
Studios: All three studios have a completely equipped
kitchenette, cable TV, air conditioning and a balcony.
Apartment: Luxury furnished apartment on two levels that
consists of three rooms. Has a big kitchen, two bathrooms (one
with a shower and the pother with a Jacuzzi) and two balconies
(one looking out to the sea, and the other to the hills).

Katarina are situated 50 meters
away from the centre of Pržno, a small tourist resort, right
across newly renovated Hotel "Maestral". The villa is 120 meters
away from the beach (Pržno Beach). The beaches Kamenovo, Queen's
Beach, Miločer and two Saint Stefan beaches are in the vicinity
of the Villa. Budva is 7km away, Petrovac 11km and Saint Stefan
1km.
Tivat Airport is 30km away from the Villa, while Podgorica
Airport is 60 km away.
