           Villas Lapcici are located on 9th  kilometer from Budva on magisterial road Budva-Cetinje in place called Lapcici from you can see one of the most beautiful view on budva’s Riviera. As most important quality of this place is clean and fresh air and peace as one of most wanted requirements in modern tourist offer.

         Among villas there is a nature spring of mountain water which gives a special note of peace and relaxing and for complete accommodation the most value thing is architectural ambient. Villas Lapcici are made from stone and all surrounding  as well. Practically everything is adjust to beautiful view  on Budva and Sveti Stefan.

          To our guests we offer one really relaxing vacation in nature and all descriptions can be described in one sentence which can be that villas are close to everything but distance from everything.

           Remark:

Water 24h, parking place, housewife which cleans villas and around them everyday and daily change towels and bed-clothes.

          Villas share:

Sauna, outdoor jakuzzi for 4 persons, open pool for kids and adults, open bar beside pool with drinks and its open 24 hours, grill, and pool sunshades.

           Additional activities:

2 mountain bike, trim foot-path

Note:

- Residential tax is not included in above prices. Customers are required to pay 1,00 €  for  the tax  per person per night.  Customers from   the age of 12 to 18 have a 50% discount, while children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying. The guest is required to pay the   amount of sojourn tax upon arrival.

- Insurance is not included in above prices. Guest are required to pay 0.50 € per person per day insurance.

- These rates are valid for the guests staying a minimum of 3 nights. If guests stay less than 3 nights these rates are increased for an    additional 30%.
