Villa "The Big Blue" is located in small place Utjeha ( between Bar and Ulcinj ) by the see. There are, at the firs floor, three double bedrooms, two with large terraces with direct sea view and bathroom with toilet. At the ground floor is

fully equiped kitchen, dinning room, saloon and another bathroom with toilet.

Large terrace in front of the house by the sea is fantastic and unioque.

Just next to the Villa are three parking spaces for the cars. Rooms are modern and large equiped with TVs.

Open-air barbecue is available in the villa.

Sojourn tax is not included in above prices. Customers are required to pay 1,00 € for the tax per person per night. Customers from the age of 12 to 18 have a 50% discount, while children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying. The guest is required to pay the amount of sojourn tax upon arrival.

These rates are valid for the guests staying a minimum of 3 nights. If guests stay less than 3 nights these rates are increased for an additional 30%.
